About Dwayne Kilgore's service

I am a Mental Health Therapist. I have been working as a LPC for over 6 years and I have been a Christian Lay Counselor in the Dallas area for over 15 years. I have worked with individuals and groups with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issue, however my main area of support is dealing with Trauma and clients with PTSD. I have helped the Vets over the years to navigate through some of their trauma as well as many relationship issues caused by their trauma. I have a warm, supportive, interactive and positive approach to therapy. I use the Cognitive Behavioral approach as well as other modalities for therapy in helping you to achieve your recovery goals. I use Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD and other trauma concerns. It has been said, Put your hands in mine, and together we can accomplish what you could not do alone.. I believe we all struggle from time to time and with the help of others, we can get through anything. You don’t have to walk this journey alone. I look forward to helping you become empowered to take control back of the areas your life that you need and want to. I look forward to helping you to get more out of life.
