About Edward Vincent's service

Hello there! My name is Edward Vincent. I practice psychotherapy and am licensed as a Master’s Social Worker by the state of Michigan. I have 30 years of experience working with people on a variety of problems from depression and anxiety to alcohol and drug abuse. My guiding philosophy for clients is to help with their personal growth and healthy development by seeking to overcome any obstacles to this. My approach to therapy involves: listening carefully to what a client presents, doing my best to understand the nature of their difficulty , offering empathy and constructive feedback, and working with them at changing the thoughts, feelings and behavior that interfere with their development and personal growth. To that end I am always honored and humbled to be called upon to work with someone on difficulties in their life’s journey.
