I am a bilingual/bicultural Spanish-speaking Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist with many years of experience working with children, adults, adolescents, and families who have experienced trauma, abuse, crime victimization, and immigration/acculturation issues. My therapeutic approach is to create a positive, humanistic relationship and environment to help you process and resolve those difficulties and strive for balance in your life. I use Humanistic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with Mindfulness Techniques. My experience includes providing culturally appropriate individual, couples, and group therapy to the Latino population dealing with symptoms of depression, anxiety, addiction disorder, immigration, trauma, and acculturation issues. I am an immigrant who has encountered immigration and acculturation issues as well. I am very motivated to work with you and your family with respect and empathy to help you build and create strategies to support you and your family to have an emotionally healthy life.
