About Eliza Warde's service

I have been a practicing Marriage and Family therapist for the past 15 years. I have worked in a private practice as well as a clinic setting helping adults, both young and older, address issues and challenges in their lives. I believe in providing clients with empathy and unconditional positive regard while focusing on positive emotions, engagement in enjoyable activities, relationships with family and friends and finding a life purpose. The relationship between client and therapist is very important to successful therapy, so getting to know each other is a vital first step. I am a former professional athlete, so am aware and knowledgeable regarding performance, stress and competitive issues. I have a B.A. in Psychology from Stanford University and a Masters in Counseling Psychology. I enjoy nature and the outdoors while hiking with my dog.
