Elizabeth Garambone

Life is a beautiful mess. Sometimes everything seems to be going our way. And other times, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and unbalanced. My name is Beth and I would like to offer guidance and support as you navigate those ups and downs. Let me start by telling you a little bit about myself. I have worked in the mental health field since 1998. First, with my bachelors degree and later doing clinical work as I earned my master’s degree. I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health. Throughout my career I have had the opportunity to practice in a variety of settings and populations. I have worked with children in school settings, adolescents in psychiatric hospitalization, families in their homes and communities, and couples and adults through outpatient services. My professional style has evolved from these experiences. I rely on a common sense approach. Counseling is casual and conversational. We will work as a team; identifying strengths, setting goals, and overcoming barriers. Asking for help can be difficult. Trusting someone with your innermost thoughts may feel intimidating.
