Hello, I am so glad you decided to explore talking to someone. I am a licensed social worker in the state of Colorado with 10 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with family conflicts, trauma, abuse, substance use, parenting issues, and a variety of mental health diagnosis (including but not limited to bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety). I believe that you are the expert of your story, that your history matters and that you have what you need within you. Deciding to talk to someone and talk about the things that burden you is brave.
