Welcome, I am so glad you are here. My name is Elsa Raynor and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Thanatologist with over 25 years of experience. I have worked with individuals during their most difficult and challenging moments and am committed to providing the highest quality of services to support you every step of the way. I offer support for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, negative self-talk, anticipatory grief and grief and loss. I believe it is important to treat everyone with dignity, respect and compassion while focusing on goals that are most important to you. The techniques I use draw from various models of psychotherapy including cognitive behavioral, strengths-based, solution-focused and client-centered. Therapy offers you a space to find healing; as well as, learn, grow, and be heard. Through therapy you will be empowered to reach your highest potential as you develop healthy coping skills.
