Hello! Thank you for visiting my page. I have been in the mental health field for 8 years. I have a wide experience with ages ranging from children to adult with various client focused treatment models. My specialities include anxiety, depression, pre/post natal conditions, life transitions, stress management, and family/couples counseling services. Everyone needs help from time to time.
