I am a clinical social worker licensed in Alabama with over 20 years of experience working as a case manager and counselor. I have worked with a wide range of clients from various ages and backgrounds with multiple issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, adoption and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical and emotional trauma as well as childhood abuse. My counseling style is engaging, warm and client-focused. I believe everyone deserves a safe and comfortable therapy environment where they feel understood, respected and valued and where they can receive honest feedback to move toward growth. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral and solution-based strategies. I will personalize the treatment plan to meet your individual needs.
