Emily utilizes a range of reliable interventions, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. Her goal is to help clients gain direction and clarity, tapping into their own inner resources.
