Eric Norat

I am an outpatient therapist licensed in Michigan with 8 years of experience working as a substance abuse counselor and mental health professional. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, substance and behavioral addictions, parenting problems, trauma, anger management,and adjustment. Many of these sessions included family treatment and identifying barriers to communication. My therapy style is easy-going, warm, compassionate, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, compassion, and as experts in their own lives. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and person centered.
