I am licensed in Indiana with 5 years of professional work experience. I have worked with adolescences and adults in a variety of settings in the community and in a crisis setting. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, depression, & coping with life changes. I utilize various modalities of solution focused, CBT, and DBT to help in achieving desired outcomes and goals. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
