Hello! My name is Erica Keller and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor in the Tampa Bay Area. Prior to receiving my licensure, I provided counseling services as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern for two years. I have a wide range of experience working with children, teens and adults. I attended the University of Central Florida where I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Psychology. From there, I went on to attend the University of South Florida and earned my Masters of Arts in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling with a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. I work with individuals with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, transitional life stages, neuro-developmental disorders, couples, and trauma. I follow an eclectic approach with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to always make sure my client feels safe in session. I strive to empower and help reframe negative thinking. I am not the expert on my client’s life and work to be a support system through their therapeutic journey. Thank you for taking the first step towards bettering your mental health. I look forward to working with you! Please note: I am generally available during normal business hours from Monday through Friday; however, during the weekend, there may be a delay in response time. Thank you for understanding.
