Erica Oppenheimer

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been working with individuals and families for over 10 years. I have worked in a variety of settings helping children and adults who are struggling with issues including anxiety, self-doubt, depression, anger, school and work stress, substance abuse, relationship issues, family conflict, crisis, interpersonal violence and sexual trauma. I have worked with families to improve communication, resolve conflicts, overcome parenting issues and manage big life transitions. I am certified in different models of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Trauma-Focused therapies. When stressful situations build up in our lives, the problems can seem impossible to overcome. I utilize a collaborative and non-judgmental approach to work towards creating a space where you can feel free to bring up any issue or concern. By providing security and consistency, I will strive to make a space where you are free to explore and build self-awareness about all the different parts of yourself. By examining the impact of life stressors, limiting beliefs and patterns, and our relationship with ourselves, we can uncover what may be preventing you from reconnecting to your natural and innate ability to create long-lasting healing and change.
