I have been trained in clinical social work, attended graduate school at Walla Walla University and have been practicing in private practice since 2014. I am a compassionate person with a passion for helping others discover theme-selves, through personal inquiry and introspection. I use several different types of therapy, including Rogerian therapy, EMDR, solution focused brief therapy and motivational interviewing. I help people who are struggling with many issues, which impact their lives. I specialize in EMDR, trauma, PTSD and anxiety. I am able to work with many mental illnesses and would love to talk about how I can tailor services to meet your needs. I am a certified EMDR therapist through EMDRIA. I am client centered in nature and believe the client brings the solution with them, which we discover together.
