Hello! I am a licensed therapist for Illinois (LCPC) and Texas (LPC). I have almost 20 years of experience in the psychology field. My counseling style is warm and honest. I believe in treating everyone with respect and sensitivity, and I don’t believe in labels that perpetuate stigmas. My approach is cognitive-behavioral/dialectical based (CBT/DBT), but I also take an eclectic approach to personalize needs based on the client. I use some aspects of a psychoanalytic approach as well. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. I look forward to working with you!
