I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania with 10 years of practice providing mental health and behavioral counseling. I have treated children and adults with a variety of concerns including trauma survivors, first responders, corrections staff, veterans, addictions, anxiety, depression, anger management, and self-esteem. I have worked in a variety of settings including community outpatient care, inpatient rehabilitation, and the prison system. My treatment style is heavily influenced by Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Solutions Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With such an eclectic experience base, my counseling techniques are varied and strive to meet your needs and desires for your treatment path.
