You’ve made it this far, and that is the first step. Maybe this is your first time trying something to help yourself, or maybe this is your 20th time – the point is, you’ve made it this far. As a human, there are often times where the weight of our life seems unbearable and you may feel like you’re going through it alone. You don’t have to. As a Clinical Social Work Therapist, I can help navigate those feelings and assist in seeing the path you have set for yourself. You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, mental health issues, past/present life events, trauma, transitions, or even day to day motivation; I can help. My goal as your therapist is to create a space where you feel supported through out your healing journey and to nurture a therapeutic relationship. I provide individual therapy (in-person or online), family therapy, and couples therapy. I am here to receive “the good, the bad, & the ugly” with wide open arms, and guide you in realizing despite it all, here you are living. Hope to hear from you soon!
