Frances Berniger is a highly experienced Licensed Professional Counselor with a strong track record of helping individuals navigate through challenging situations. With over 20 years of experience in various settings such as Partial Hospital Programs, Community Based Agencies, and Private Practices, Frances brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her therapy sessions. Prior to becoming a counselor, Frances worked as a dedicated Special Education Teacher for 16 years, which has given her a unique perspective and understanding of the needs of her clients. Frances specializes in working with adults who are dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, trauma, and the complexities of being in a relationship with someone who has a Personality Disorder, specifically Narcissism.
