Francis Bellow III

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Louisiana and Oregonwith 5 years counseling experience and over 10 years in the mental health field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, anger management and self-esteem. I believe that it is important to listen to the client. The therapeutic process is driven by the clients expressed goals and needs. My counseling style is empathetic, nurturing, nonjudgmental and client centered. I take an eclectic approach to counseling with a primary therapeutic modalities that include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and acceptance and commitment therapy. Taking this step is commendable and I would like to encourage you to continue on your journey of wellness. Therapy is life altering and eye opening, it’s sometimes scary and difficult, but at the end of the process a better version of yourself is revealed.
