I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 8 years of experience working in various clinical settings. I have experience treating and helping people of all ages with different life challenges, with a special focus in depression, anxiety, relationship issues, stress management, family dynamics, and grief. I have a holistic, client-centered approach, and my style is nonjudgmental, compassionate, and warm. I have most experience with cognitive and dialectical behavior therapy (CBT and DBT) modalities and empower clients by teaching life-long skills in these areas. I honor and respect the client by considering them the expert on their life, and my goal remains focused on how I can best serve the client by tailoring my approach to their needs.
