I am a counselor in the state of Texas. Client Interaction My clients will come into a session very upset and possibly crying. It seems by the end of the session they have laughed at some point. They tell me that it’s the first time they have laughed for a while. They also tell me things that they haven’t ever told anyone beforeu2014with a sigh of relief. They feel comfortable with me. Recovering from depression, anxiety or PTSD is hard work. Wrestling with your relationship with God is also hard work. I’m here to help you feel better. I am solely an online counselor. My clients appreciate being able to receive counseling from the comfort of their own homes. Nasty weather, traffic jams, distance to get to see the counselor of choice, parking problems, and running into someone you know when going into an office are not problems with online counseling. These were all advantages before COVID-19. Now with social distancing, the advantages of online counseling are even more beneficial. I am here to teach you how to be your own counselor.
