I also want to honor the courageous decision you have made to search for the support you most certainly deserve! As acknowledging the need of support, often, is the most difficult part of the healing process! I am a bilingual therapist that provides services in English and Spanish. My goal is to help guide you through your journey of healing and gaining control over your happiness and life. I work with individual’s who have gone through difficult circumstances and transitions that have left them feeling disempowered. This can range from extreme traumatic experiences to daily life changes and or stressors. I also work with individuals who experience challenges with managing their moods, behaviors and thoughts, such as depression and anxiety. Additionally, with individuals who have challenges with their identity, self-esteem, relationships, parenting, and individual growth. My treatment consists of helping you gain awareness and understanding of yourself through deep exploration. I firmly believe our challenges of today stems from hurts and pains that happened to us as children. I use creative interventions from different areas and your personal interests to move you along in your healing. Self-care is a heavy focus throughout treatment to ensure you are getting what you need to sustain the growth and changes. Societal, gender, cultural, and familial factors are also discussed to gain a holistic understanding of your challenges and to create useful ways to cope. Lastly, it is very important to me to provide an empathic, warm, and safe environment for your healing to occur!
