Gloria Rodriguez

Hi, My name is Gloria Rodriguez. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida with over 15 years of experience working in the Mental Heath field. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief, relationship issues, and difficulty coping with life changing situations. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional helping many clients who have experienced domestic violence, physical trauma and emotional abuse. My approach combines solution focused, client centered, trauma focus, motivational interviewing, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory. When working with my clients, I feel passionate about helping them overcome their challenges, and to move on with their lives in a very compassionate and supportive environment. I believe that developing a good therapeutic relationship is extremely important for my client to feel comfortable in being open and honest. I operate from a strength-based approach knowing that clients are the experts of their story, and that clients have many strengths that will assist them in overcoming their challenges enhancing their lives.
