Hazel Hernandez

Hazel Hernandez is a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in the state of Texas. With a focus on mental health, Hazel has extensive experience working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, stress and anger management, trauma, career uncertainty, and other areas of concern. Hazel believes in the power of having someone to talk to, vent, and share thoughts, feelings, and experiences with. Her counseling style is casual, friendly, and warm, aiming to create a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients to open up. Hazel combines various approaches, including CBT, solution-focused, reality therapy, mindfulness, and DBT, along with person-centered counseling. Recognizing that each individual is unique, Hazel tailors counseling sessions and approaches to suit each person’s personality and needs.
