Dr. Heather Clark has 16 years of experience as a licensed therapist and over 20 years experience in the field of Psychology. Her focus is on teaching clients how to calm their minds, bodies and feelings and develop self-awareness. Through cognitive behavioral intervention, imagery tools and mindfulness techniques clients learn how to calmly navigate life challenges. Dr. Clark has a BA in Psychology, an MA in Professional Counseling and a Ph.D. in Psychology.
