Hi there :) My name is Heather and I have been in the mental health field for almost 21 years now. I am passionate about walking alongside others as they learn to find balance, more joy and feel peace in their life. I am an Art Therapist, incorporating art into the therapy process. I get it, I do. I strongly believe that often people are simply waiting for their turn to talk. I will hold the space for you to feel heard, validated and safe. I have many years of lived experience, that I believe allow me to sit with you in those darker spaces that can seem overwhelming. It takes courage to begin the therapy journey and I would be honored to walk along with you.
