Heather Hester is a bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her practice. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Texas Woman’s University in Denton, TX, and completed her Master’s degree in Social Work from Texas A&M Commerce in Commerce, TX. Heather is skilled in various therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness-based therapy.
