I am originally from Wisconsin, but have been in Jacksonville, FL for 13 years. I have a 7 year old dog named Maddux who runs my house. I enjoy sports and hanging out with friends and family. I got my Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation at the University of Wisconsin-Stout and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Troy University in 2012. I completed my internship at a substance use residential facility. I have experience in many different areas of mental health including, substance use, community mental health, corrections, inpatient, outpatient and private practice. I concentrate now mainly on trauma. I currently have a private practice. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. I focus on thoughts, feelings and behaviors. I am flexible in my schedule and look forward to working with Better Help!
