Helen Coffman is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas with 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate various personal challenges. She obtained her degree from Abilene Christian University and the University of Texas at Austin. Prior to becoming an LCSW, Helen spent 25 years teaching parents how to cope with the transitions of life related to childbearing and parenting. Her professional counseling background encompasses private practice, community service, and hospice medical social work. Helen has successfully assisted clients dealing with anxiety, grief, trauma, abuse, faith challenges, depression, and self-esteem issues.
