About Hilary Brodsky's service

My name is Hilary Brodsky. I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have been working as a therapist for over 20 years. After I graduated from Columbia University in NYC, I received further training and certification in the treatment of Eating Disorders as well as certification in DBT (a mindfulness, behavioral approach to treatment.) I work with individuals, couples and groups and I use a combination of talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectic behavior therapy, all with a relational approach. I believe that therapy is a process and I always see myself and my client as a team, working together to help my client achieve a life worth living. Although I have certification in treating Eating Disorders as well as in DBT, I have vast experience treating addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, self harming behaviors and lifes many challenges. I look forward to working with you.
