Holly Kollwelter

Hello, my name is Holly Kollwelter and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Life Coach with over 20 years experience working with people in a variety of roles, with all ages and across the life span. I believe each life stage comes with unique challenges and opportunities. I use a strengths-based lens and specialize in helping people cope with and thrive through life changes and transitions, ranging from issues with grief and loss, career difficulties, women’s issues, depression and anxiety, and much more. If you choose to work with me, you will experience empathy and compassion, non-judgment, and a space to explore your inner world safely. We start where you are, and work together to identify the core issue so you can begin your journey to healing and growth. We will set realistic goals that you feel comfortable with, and allow you to get “unstuck” and learn tools you need to access through life’s challenges. We will focus on exploring how your past informs your present, and how you perceive your outer and inner world. My therapeutic approach is specifically tailored to your needs and may involve a combination of Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy, as well as tapping into mindfulness that will serve as a grounding force for our work together.
