Hi, my name is Holly. I am licensed Counselor in the state of Michigan and Indiana. I have been working in the mental health field for 18 years. I have a wide range of experience with mental health issues. I enjoy working with individuals and couples. I am a continual learner. I want to be the best therapist I can be for you; so that you can feel better quickly! I know what it feels like to struggle with anxiety and depression. I wanted relief fast. Through the help of therapy, I found my way out and I hope you’ll trust me enough to help you find your way out as well. My clients telI me they feel very comfortable talking with me. I center my practice on compassion. I use an eclectic approach with an emphasis on Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have experience and training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
