I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida. I have 15+ year experience in the behavioral health field working with client with a wide range of concerns, from substance abuse to women’s issues to empty nesters. My counseling style is warm and engaging. I treat my clients with respect and compassion. My session focuses on solutions in order to reach a resolution for the client’s concerns. When indicated, I also allow the client to guide the therapeutic journey in order for them to come to their own resolution that will meet their needs. It takes courage to ask for help. That first step is the hardest. Once you take the steps towards change, you will experience a happier healthier life. I look forward to working with you!
