Jaclyn Trevino

Jaclyn Trevino is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Texas. With a Masters in Community Counseling, she has been working as a counselor since 2013. Jaclyn is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals through a collaborative and warm approach. She understands that seeking help requires courage and self-awareness, qualities that she values and reflects in her therapeutic relationships. Jaclyn has experience in assisting clients dealing with various challenges such as anxiety, grief, depression, and communication/relational issues. Together, she and her clients respectfully work to identify obstacles, gain insight, and develop strategies to overcome them. Jaclyn believes in individual responsibility for thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, but recognizes the occasional need for support and guidance in processing them. Her aim is to help clients increase self-awareness through life experiences, leading to greater confidence, peace, self-esteem, independence, and the ability to navigate life’s complexities effectively. Jaclyn is here to provide support and assistance on each client’s personal growth journey.
