I have over 15 years experience in the social services field, doing psychotherapy, counseling, testing and assessment, providing quality care to individuals, couples and families, in efforts to not only meet but exceed your expectations. I have extensive experience in treating psychological conditions with diverse populations of all ages and cultures, implementing therapeutic skills, interventions, evidenced based practices and treatments to best meet your needs. I am passionate about my work, take pride in what I do, and view myself as a highly motivated, competent, and results-oriented professional. I am a LPC-S in the State of Texas, have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and I specialize in Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Relationship Issues, Parenting Difficulties, Anger Management, Career Choices and Coping With Life Changes. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to include cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, solution-focused, psychoeducational, trauma-informed, mindfulness, and more.
