Welcome. May your heart be filled with light, as it guides you on your journey. There are many ways and paths for healing and navigating difficulties in life. Choosing to work with another human to guide and support you through these challenges is a beautiful choice and opportunity. I have been a mastered, licensed clinical social worker for more than 25+ years and have truly delighted and thrived serving in this profession. I meet my clients where they are at, am able to quickly get to the block or emotional release that they are experiencing. I believe that self-care practices and simple tools like relaxation and breathwork can assist in making efficient and profound shifts in your life. I enjoy working with subtle energy, body sensations, and intuition. Clients that I’ve worked with have shared that they feel loved, validated, heard. They experience compassion, nonjudgement, and an understanding and a connection that is often beyond words. My clients find that in this space of connection as humans, there is an energy and healing that goes beyond client/counselor. They feel this support as they move through the challenges they are bringing forth. My approach is warm, humorous, genuine, and intuitive.
