With a background in Clinical Psychology, he specializes in helping clients with various issues such as family relational problems, low self-esteem, depression, stress, anxiety, anger management, and trauma. Jaime is committed to continuously educating himself on the latest and most effective counseling methods, ensuring that he only uses strategies that have been proven to be successful. Currently, he employs an eclectic approach to counseling, with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
