James Mann

James Mann is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience. He understands the challenges individuals, couples, and families face in today’s pandemic-driven world. James specializes in helping clients regain clarity, direction, and motivation in their lives. He works with a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, bi-polar disorder, ADHD, communication breakdown, co-parenting, family-of-origin issues, and substance abuse. James takes a client-centered and integrative approach, using various techniques and modalities tailored to each individual’s needs. He employs cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems approaches, among others, to address common disorders and conditions. James holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Loma Linda University, CA, and is licensed in Georgia and Texas. While he works with anyone in distress, James has extensive experience and training in trauma and abuse (including cult and ritual abuse), depression and anxiety, and substance abuse disorders.
