Jane Knoche

I am a licensed clinical professional counselor with seven years of counseling experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, family conflicts, coping with grief and loss, parenting issues, and crisis counseling. The most important thing I want potential clients to know is that I love doing therapy and care about the people I work with. I believe that clients can create greater self awareness, insight and transformation through a safe and compassionate relationship. By providing an open and collaborative space, you can explore your thought patterns and behavioral experience to promote meaningful changes. My approach is holistic, meaning I integrate humanistic, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness and psychodynamic modalities into my approach.
