Welcome! You are here and the first step is the hardest. I am so glad you are taking time to put yourself first. Therapy can be daunting but you are not alone. My name is Janine Toliver and I am a licensed Psychologist in Ohio. I am passionate about helping people find balance and the healthiest version of themselves! I specialize in working with clients who struggle with addiction, depression, relationship problems, insomnia, trauma, abuse, and women-specific issues. I have worked in Veteran Hospitals for about 8 years collectively. I truly enjoy helping people heal. My approach is to use therapy as a way to help you find your own voice and learn healthy coping skills for life! I create a safe space for you to dive deeper into your challenges. My style of practice is client-centered, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. We create a collaborative treatment plan that will help you leave our sessions feeling productive and confident. Your trust and commitment to work is truly the catalyst to change.
