I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I provide counseling that is compassionate and understanding of the many challenges people face. I strive to help people increase levels of acceptance of things they cannot change, and strategies and willingness to change things they can. I believe that by increasing self-compassion and loving self-talk people can learn to deal with almost any situation they encounter. People can and do recover from mental health and substance use disorders.
