Jason Harper (LPC)

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Clinical Mental Health. I strive to work with individuals of all ages, experiencing mental health disorders in addition to families. I maintain a Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked with clients with a variety of concerns including substance abuse recovery. My treatment approaches includes Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help individuals gain understanding and strength. In addition I have experience working with individual with anxiety and depression, individuals struggling with relationship issues, work and life transition and individuals in crisis. I understand working with clients can have significant challenges with an array of issues that arise. Helping people to learn to be centered in their life, while coping with their issues is a primary objective adhered to during my therapeutic intervention.
