Welcome! My name is Jassmyne and I am a licensed therapist located in Michigan with 8 years of practice working as a psychotherapist and social worker. My experience ranges from empowering clients to learn how to cope with stress and anxiety, navigating relationship issues, unpacking trauma and abuse, as well as improving motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. When working together, my focus is on creating a comfortable environment for you to express your truth without fear while holding space for you to explore it. My approach combines various modes of therapy based on your individual needs, which could include cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, skills-based, Jungian, and transpersonal to ensure your concerns are treated as a whole and foster the strongest possible connection to self. It takes tremendous courage to recognize a need for support and take the step towards seeking it.
