Jeanetta Henderson

Jeanetta Henderson is a highly experienced and globally-minded therapist with over 40 years of counseling experience. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working and mentoring in diverse cultural settings in the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Jeanetta’s expertise encompasses a wide range of counseling areas, including marriage reconciliation, Women’s Boundaries groups, Divorce Care Recovery groups, Grief Care Groups, interpersonal relationships, working with teens, and supporting parents with special needs children. She holds a Bachelors and Masters of Art degree from Dallas Baptist University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Additionally, she has completed 50 hours of Trauma training and 40 hours of Certified First Responder Counselor Training certificate programs. Jeanetta’s counseling approach combines Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused techniques, and proven Biblical principles. She believes that the challenges we face in our relationships often stem from shame, fear, wounds, trauma, or unrealistic expectations. Through her relational approach, Jeanetta helps clients navigate these challenges and move towards wholeness. As clients make progress, new opportunities for authentic and transparent relating emerge. Jeanetta genuinely enjoys working with people and guiding them in discovering their unique gifts and passions.
