I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-R) with 20 years of experience. I provide treatment to clients in a safe and nurturing environment without judgment or criticism. I am a strong advocate for my clients. I am sensitive to cultural, religious and gender issues. I will meet you where you are and help you return to full functioning and a well balanced life. I am trained in psycho dynamic therapy, crisis intervention, person centered therapy, problem solving therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and motivational interviewing. My specialties include depression, alcohol /substance abuse, anxiety, sex addiction, loneliness, anger management, bereavement, women’s issues, domestic violence, divorce and custody issues. I worked at Westchester Medical Center/Behavioral Health Center, Northwell Phelps Hospital in an acute inpatient psychiatric setting. I provided outpatient therapy at New York Presbyterian Hospital and St Vincent’s Hospital . I help my clients navigate their challenges.
