Hello! My name is Jeffrey, but I go by Jeff. If you are looking for therapy with results I am the right counselor for you! I have over 24 years of experience. I have extensive experience working with several diagnoses. This includes Relapse Prevention Therapy for substance abuse, coping with trauma/abuse issues, depression, anxiety, and overcoming ADHD. I have experience helping others with relationship problems including parenting challenging children, improving study skills, learning to cope, improving communication skills, healing couples relationships, healing with mindfulness, coping with blended families, adoption issues and improving self worth. I am an independently licensed therapist approved to do counseling in Ohio. I also have a certification for relapse prevention therapy for use with addictions. I also use Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Focused Therapy. These are best practices, meaning they have research that proves their effectiveness. I am a therapist that focuses on solving problems not dwelling on them. I am an eclectic therapist, meaning if we try something and it doesn’t work I will find something that will!
