Jenine Lemons

Jenine Lemons is a highly experienced Licensed Professional counselor who has been working in the field for over 15 years. With a specialization in bilingual therapy, she has successfully helped numerous clients with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, life purpose, career challenges, and trauma. Jenine’s therapy style is characterized by openness and warmth, as she firmly believes in meeting people where they are in life. She combines evidence-based cognitive-behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy to create a personalized approach for each individual, recognizing that there is no one-size-fits-all theory for therapy. Jenine’s previous volunteer experience as a Peace Corps volunteer has greatly influenced her practice, as it has instilled in her a deep appreciation for diversity and inclusion.
