I am licensed in Oklahoma with 10 years of professional work experience working with adults, teens, adolescents, children, couples, and families. In addition, I have counseled divorced and single parents, blended families, as well as individuals of every race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation. A combination of therapies tailored to your specific needs are used to help clients deal with depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, abuse, grief, anger, personality disorders, adjustment issues, family conflict, and relationship issues. I strongly believe in having a supportive, encouraging, caring, and honest relationship with each client while providing a non-judgmental and empathetic atmosphere in which the client can safely explore and work through feelings, thoughts, and emotions to bring about positive change in one’s life.
