Jennifer attended Baylor University earning a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and later attended Webster University obtaining a Master of Arts in Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a board-approved Supervisor for LPC-Associates and has been licensed since 2007. Jennifer is a passionate and person-centered therapist whose primary goal is to help her clients develop the skills needed to live healthy, happy, productive lives. Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches, she assists clients in taking honest, bold looks at their thought patterns and behaviors and in making intentional changes to assess, acknowledge, and adjust these thoughts to develop more functional and stable behaviors and communication patterns. She will provide support, resources, and feedback in order to assist clients with creating lasting, meaningful change.
